The mission of OrgSupport is to increase the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations by providing professional staffing services.

Strong boards of directors are able to focus on policy, fundraising, and mission. By freeing boards from the burden of everyday tasks they are free to achieve their full potential.

We hope to empower organizations to grow beyond the capacity of OrgSupport such that hiring a full-time executive director becomes a logical next step. We believe it is in our best long-term interest to enable organizations to move beyond our capacity to serve their needs. The rationale is simple; by improving the viability of individual nonprofits, the health of the nonprofit community in our region grows. With a healthy regional nonprofit community, there will be additional opportunities for OrgSupport to work with emergent organizations. The success of organizations that have worked with OrgSupport can only help contribute to this growth and vitality and ultimately generate new working relationships.
