OrgSupport was founded in 2006 by Craig Ottavelli. With six years of experience as a communications coordinator for the Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges and a lifetime of volunteerism with local nonprofits, he recognized a need to marry lowcost staffing services with the unique needs of nonprofit boards and executive directors.

	Craig L. Ottavelli My formal training is in higher education, policy analysis. I have earned a bachelor’s degree from The Evergreen State College and a master’s degree from Dartmouth College. My first love has always been volunteerism, and I have been fortunate to work with many organizations and individuals in my community over the years both as a member of boards and as a volunteer. Professionally, I have a background in education and communications. For the past number of years, my efforts have focused on supporting education initiatives for the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges. Now, in addition to my work with myriad organizations, I serve as a member of the Olympia City Council. My wife Amy and I recently had our first child, who is now two. With the wonderful changes our son brings to our lives, I feel inspired to combine my passion for the work of volunteers with my expertise in organization, project facilitation, and inter-group communications. I have personally witnessed the transformative impact skilled staffing support can bring to a group of professionals focused on a clear mission and goals. 	Beverly Sperry In addition to helping OrgSupport Bev is working with the Olympia School District Education Foundation in Olympia, WA as a coordinator for the Board of Trustees. Prior to her involvement with these organizations she was the Administrative Assistant to the Project Manager for the expansion to the Washington State Convention and Trade Center in Seattle. A Washington native, Bev spent a number of years in California. Her latest projects there included managing the tuition reimbursement program for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and coordinating the TQM training of the 3000+ JPL employees. E-mail: Bev@OrgSupport.com
